    the trend: down 200pts since 2nd feb. change your diapers when it gets under 4780. These smug fund managers will be looking at reporting large capital losses. Who cares about a 20c dividend from TLS when the price is off a buck or two.

    This is a perfect technical chart for a bear market with the downside consolidating with lower lows and lower highs.
