I think BLT management should have treated Panno with a bit more respect. Peter French is on record as says that BLT monitors investment websites. They clearly would have known about Panno and his credentials as ans informed, intelligent and long term supporter of BLT on seekingalpha.com.
Maybe they want to be more focused on the institutional level, but their response smacked of being an afterthought and not having the grace to respond properly to a long term supporter. I grade it F- to BLT: can do better. Still the trial is hitting to key (re-adjusted) dates thus far after last year's delays. Get a good efficacy result, and all is forgiven.
