It seems open and shut to me He paid loan back they failed to release shares back to him
So they got his money and the shares it must rely on the timing of instructions: Phil to Opes, Opes to ANZ , Opes in receivership,
As long as he has his documentation right either Opes or ANZ is in the wrong
This is my theory and I seem to remember being wrong once before (yeah right!)
