My take on the ERJ and Quantify deals is that PSY jumped the gun-I believe that Aidan Montague has some association with both companies and because of his involvement an early deal was done.I wouldn't stress too much about them as they are pretty insignificant in the big picture.
I am disappointed too buddy,but like I said before,you probably wont see much action until batch testing is completed.I don't even think PSY can enlighten you on how long that will take as the probably could only guess,which would be unacceptable.

Which is probably why the ERJ agreement is for a period of 24 months, while one or both parties will have enough time to get their things together to move forward.
