I hear you. I am a luddite and have wondered the very same thing.with the majority of my mail being CHESS holding statements.
Even I would prefer the soft copy/email version and thought this would have been introduced, and a long time ago.. Some service providers ie Telstra gave people the option of soft copy/email billing free or pay to have the paper copy version.
Hopefully the ASX is listening.
