You wouldn't believe the amount of paper being wasted as they prattle on discussions of how to deliver them electronically. These problems have been solved years and years ago but they still insist on doing the thinking from scratch. The ASX have a massive "get with the times" project on the go called "`CHESS Replacement", which will take years, as is the way. But given recent complaints they've realised that they need to expedite the digital CHESS holding statement solution - but even that they've spent 6+ months discussing in long winded meetings (with long winded minutes drawn up afterwards).
