At last, the time is finally coming for MSC. My feeling was spot on. This is the Japanese order I have been talking about. The new product should attract a price of $250-$300/tonne.
Back of the envelope figures - 60Kt + 20Kt @ $300/t and allowing for b/e at 30Kt then we have 50Kt @ $300/t leaving an annual profit of $15m or 1c/sh. At a pe of 16 that leaves a sp of 16c by early 2007(probably higher due to promise of more sales).
All this will happen in November when they start the shipments. Everyone who have held on will be very well rewarded including Vic who is subunderwriting the rights issue.
