So yes in actual fact the public end up raising the money for them.

The buy depth at 0.4 of a cent will in fact raise the money for them,
Now and again you will see them knock it up to half a cent to make people think something good must be coming, only so they can squeeze some at a slightly higher price.

This company ONLY continues to exist because of the buy depth.

We seen today how hard it is to convict these sorts.
