    so what should Spicers do to maximise profitability ?

    market share......vs margins

    making very sure that sales don't have recievables w/offs

    inc stock turns ......

    improve employee productivity

    work out the niches where there is a fast-mover advantage .....

    small bolt-ons ?


    get back into manufacturing to protect margins from Jap Paper ?

    thoughts ???????
