I signed the forms and sent them back- I also clarified this with someone at S&G- they stated the following. You are not committing to any fees- once thy determine if shareholders are interested in making a case and they have ascertained that they have a case- they will infom us on whether on the cost/benefit relationship and whether it's worthwhile to pursue this any further. Once this is made apparent- each shareholder will need to sign forms for formal legal proceedings- I was informed that they operate on a no win, no fee basis and the costs should not be more than the benefits to the shareholders.
