it would be best to reaD the 51 Capital research and the guidance posted by PAR and be more specific in your query.
Vets currently use it in animals for OA treatment (and after just spending Xmas with a vet friend he has had inquiry from sufferers seeking IPPS and it is in injectable form).
It is not generally available for human use in the injectable form except via special access scheme. This is what PAR is currently seeking to do. PAR has locked up the only FDA supplier and has various patents in strategic countries / regions however this remains IMO the greatest risk of PAR. They have done a lot to mitigate the risk but it is a risk.

keep in mind that most people will not seek medication from a vet where the drug may not be exactly the same. PAR’s supplier has been producing medical grade IPPS using their process. So you will defiantly get some people using black market IPPS but like steroids and other medications most will be purchased via legit distribution channels.

I would definitely review the 51 capital research particularly the one they discuss the IP and process manufacture of IPPS.
