Yeah but having actually worked in a hospital the incidence of OA is severely pushed towards the elderly. I'm just curious about the implications of managing patients particularly in a post-operative setting in an orthopaedic ward who have had PPS near/around the time of surgery and are on a regular anti-coagulant. What about aspirin and PPS?
More combination drug safety studies need to be done. These patients are on a myriad of drugs, they aren't healthy 20 year olds on omeprazole and nothing else.
