I expect that any small pharma similar to us has the ability to manufacture the product that they are proposing to a large pharma. But we don't have that and are 100% reliant on BenePharma for the supply of the bulk product. Consequently if Bene was to go into liquidation for any reason then an agreement between PAR and the large pharma would be in difficulties. Therefore I think that the large pharma would want to include BenePharma in any deal and BenePharma would probably share in the upfront $$$ of such a deal, thus reducing the $$$ coming to us. What do the people on this forum who are more informed than I, think about this.
