Its great to see companies like Paradigm and Orthocell offering real regenerative alternatives to ailments that patients have to either endure, are prescribed Opoids and NSAID's for or invasive surgeries, that often have poor efficacy.
Orthocell has been offering tendon repair via your own tendon stem cells for years, but its just rarely prescribed by Specialists as they earn nothing from it. They also offer the ACI procedure above for caritlidge damage in the knee (and elsewhere) but I think even they realise that product is going to be second best to Paradigms iPPS - just more convenient by comparison.
