Brilliant work.
As mentioned to you I have a torn meniscus. It happened at the gym.
Only a very small tear but very painful. Particularly walking down stairs, you have to bear much of you weight on a railing, walking up much better. Walking on a flat surface ok but very painful a few hours later.
Even at night in bed very painful.
OK, as I mentioned my first surgeon stated , grin and bear it and forget about it, just manage your life around it. Bad news.
I am now actually booked in to see a second surgeon in two weeks time and his solution will be I am thinking an arthroscope.
You have a gone a long way in addressing the problems surrounding a torn meniscus is left unattended and now I have to decide if iPPS would be another worthwhile consideration.
Apologies for taking up so much of your time as the meniscus field is absolutely tiny in the whole OA iPPS market, however you have enlightened me tremendously and placed another alternative on the table to consider.
