I can see why you would feel this way, however they have delivered on what they said they would in their announcement on the 19th.
I think there is a real opportunity for people to catastrophize at times like this but if you look at the logical point of view:

- FDA were always going to ask questions, they sort of have to.
- It was delayed, clearly they were under the pump with the world the way it is, but here we are, they have finally asked them
- PAR have updated the market, as they said they would, on receipt of the questions. I can see why they would not want to share them.
- The wording from the FDA does not appear to point out problems without solutions, it sounds like they have proposed approaches.

In my opinion, I believe that if the FDA feedback was significant enough to jeopardise continuation, then PAR would have disclosed that.

The share price drop was predictable, we've seen this before.
