Much had been made of the main body of the announcement but the last sentence isn't rating a mention:
"Additional sites may be added in order to ensure the completion of this pivotal study, within the planned commercialisation timelines."
So, its delayed yes, but Paradigm are at least claiming that they can make up for it later once underway.
Would they be saying that if they knew there were significant issues? hopefully not!
