Thanks Oxxa23 for the trading reports.
I did a very quick "back of the envelope" calculation of Goldman Sachs' buys/sells of PAR stock since Aug 2022.
Approx. $5,800,000 sold and $900,000 in buys. At approximately $1.40 average, that is around 3.5mill nett PAR sold.
Clearly there is a significant shareholder selling down. Hopefully when Goldman Sachs finishes, there will be the opportunity for a rally.
