That short interest was built up through the rally from March 2020 lows to the end of July 2020. It'll be interesting to see if they get squeezed if the IND is approved by the FDA imo dyor. The chart pattern is a classic flag formation, from the high made in late Jun 2020 till now. I read it as showing accumulation, maybe the decision re the IND will give PAR a boost, sooner rather than later. DYOR IMHO.
