Rusty, the grid/data is just showing the $ value (and share amount) that each broker has executed in total, It then aggregates and shows a net of what Comm sec has traded on the week (net sold -$584k worth).. But every sale has to have a buyer, so at the bottom of the grid you will see Potter & Instinet as net buyers.
People are suggesting that given Comm-Sec has a retail base that it is retail that are exiting. That would be a reasonable conclusion, but would Harlteys have a similar customer base ?(I genuinely do not know).
