There is no way a big Pharma will only want a partnership if results continue as they have been through phase 3 and there is no immediate competition on the horizon. They will want the whole thing!!! At the moment the cost of acquisition would be relatively small for a big Pharma and be happy to wait while PAR takes all the risk even if that means paying significantly more down the track. They will be watching the results/SP closely and who knows what may or may not have already been said behind closed doors. All speculation of course but I don't think they will play nice if things eventuate as we all hope.
