i think its safe enough, i do have issues with the efficacy (i wont go into it again, look at many of my past posts) but yes i think it likely has some benefit, commercialisation i think is its weakest factor though with the weak IP and its delivery mechanism which doesnt allow for self administration. people thinking this is like $2k per treatment - thats for the drug... add in physician costs for 12+ visits particularly in the US and its likely multiples from there. doesn't end up being a cheap treatment at all. i know people have said it could be like the insulin self injectible.... can it? and who says so? My main point is that even if it does commercialise - i just dont zee it having anywhere near the market penetration that some people spruik on here like its curing cancer. Potentially a bit more if DMOAD but until its paired with MRI data its meaningless. Biomarkers mean absolutely nothing unless you're seeing structural changes which is also why i think the 008 study is a bit of a sham. People have been fed this line that biomarkers will prove DMOAD and thats just a lie. It would help support MRI data, but the FDA will piss themselves laughing if thats all you came with. some things just havent smelled right for a while which is why i got out in the first place and now the perception avross the investor base (at least a lot more than the hearts would like) is that things almost seem like "if its bad, don't say anything" is happening all over the shop. wait and see, but thats where my head is at.
