Hi @adherent , do you mind to share your dose, a bit concern about PAR's dosing regime is a bit conservative and may affect the final result. Based o@Ganbaatar's experience. Gan's doctor added the does to 300mg/week, and his weight is 85kg, which is around 3.5mg/kg, however the benefit eroded soon. PAR's maxi dose is 1.5mg/kg twice weekly.
Anyone know what is the dose used to meet the endpoints of phase2b? Can't find any information regarding this.
