Nice of you to research this for a pal....short answer, nope haven't come across it so far per se.

However, one would need to spend a little more time specifically researching on it....there is a possibility our iPPS could be of some good assistance here but as I said, will need to look into this some more (I will write it down to spend a little more time on it in the future).

At a very high level, the current treatments kinda follows this flowchart, the clue for us is the use of the ol' corticosteroids....iPPS could possibly be a safer and more effective substitute, but as always, best to DYOR:
