I think lots of things are up in the air and it depends on how the balls fall which is why nothing is certain. I think a new CEO with a bit of experience is just what Par requires. Someone who has trodden the path before and can maybe challange Paul's thinking. We have all see some very simple stuffup's executing the strategy todate which has not instilled confidence. Dont get me wrong PR has done a good job but I suspect he is a little out of his depth and perhaps a little conflicted. Maxamising value is one thing but gettting it to market is also imporant. Maybe a balance of the two approaches would be in all our long term interests.
