Oxxa23, yes good point...there have been patents filed, I was following up one the other day submitted by Arthopharm and almost gave myself a minor heart murmur until I realised that though it is duly filed over the art of OA and even mentions Bene in there, it has long since expired...*whew* was the expression I chose to use at the time.
