i think your comment on fda having no idea is a bit tough based on our response above. Dmoad in oa is a journey that par and fda will work together on. The impression i got was that to prove dmoad, it was not enough just to have reduced markers in mri but also a positive impact on either or both pain and function. it sounded like a work in progress as there is no current dmoad in oa so we are pioneers. just my interpretation of conversation but i was quite comfortable with simons response noting i typically err on the negative re par comms.
