While i have been critical of the board in the past, i think the new announcements are positive, but we should press them on the need for the sort of questions that are being posted here.

On the subject of a CR, i don't think we need one yet.
There is a 2nd round pandemic alarm at the moment regarding omicron.
However, whatever the health risk, and i say this without intending to detract in anyway from the toll of COVID, we are in a better place than we were in March 2020 in terms of being able to cope:
1. Pfizer expect to have an omicron vaccine in 100 days
2. With much of the world double vaccinated, those nations will handle omicron better.

Better to announce the intention to raise capital after 008 is read out.
We will get less dilution after good news.
