I am very hopeful that a CEO based in the US is announced in January. With any luck he or she will be immediately available ( I think in this instance having somebody available is probably more important than the best candidate within reason) and I think the market will react positively. A honeymoon period will follow which will allow time to get to grips with the business
The only problem is how much the SP is likely to decline in that period? Another 20c or so?
