Yeah maybe they didnt, like so many others for so many years, put two and two together and realise it could be used in humans and for purposes other than the painful bladder syndorme. Dont forget, vets have been using it to actually treat horses and dogs for years too, no one prob thought of using it in humans till Paul and Dr Ghosh and the others in the Mesoblast days?
Bene must be just happy to produce it and supply it for the last 60 years and into the future, they dont have the resources or the desire to conduct studies and market it etc? My guess.
