Pool_boy, It can't come straight from Bene, they are the manufacturer, not distributor and seller per se.
It should work the normal way...we would give them (Bene) their licence fee/cost...we would incur the logistics of getting it to the Doc's. We would keep the revenue, subject to whatever deal we have with a big pharma for instance. I don't think it will matter whether it's sold for on label or off...Finally we have the rights to sell into the respective agreed markets.
My views, happy to be corrected if I have it wrong in this case.
