Surely doctors have some kind of legal responsibility to not prescribe drugs unless they are for what the manufacturer intended and received approval. Why would the fda say have a phase 3 because surely some of the study has to do with safety.
I would have thought there would be some evidence before doctors can just start prescribing drugs for ailments that it has not proven to work. I know my gp wouldn’t and would have thought these doctors would be negligent and reportable in Australia if they did.
