No. They may have a few to and fros with questions and clarification. These won't require announcements. Required when they have info that a reasonable person might consider would move the share price (ie full market disclosure to have the market operate fairly and efficiently - lol - the market is corrupt as anything - but I think PAR will act appropriately once they have a response from FDA).
