Scott's clients and also Allianz need to exit first.
PR and his $1mill/yr colleague need to get as much pay as possible. Then pay all the consultants and then attempt a capital raise of $15mill at 15c. If not successful, then sell Paradigm for nominal amount and then PR goes and works for them on a huge wage and that company gets iPPS through FDA.
PAR shareholders are going to feel much more pain yet, but PR still has millions more to make out of this, but not with PAR shareholders onboard.
