Your buy is already in the money. $0.195 trades. As time goes on, the CR fears become increasingly likely just that, fears, and the selling therein nothing more. The brave get rewarded, the fearful miss out.
PAR is a call option. One with significant potential upside (and similarly decays to zilch if the partnerships do not transpire). It takes understanding statistical reward vs risk to trade options well.
