At the AGM NOVEMBER 2022 PR said that Plexus Ventures had been engaged to do a deal, and "we are currently asking Pharma companies to do their diligence by a particular point in time and then once we have that results back from those companies they ask us questions ...we have a a team of experts on their subjects ready and waiting to answer those questions and then a particular point we'll be asking all of those people once they finish their diligence to put a non-binding term sheet to Paradigm and we will then start discussions with each of those companies"

2. On 4th April 2023 PAR reported on - injectable PPS Demonstrates Multiple Signals of a DMOAD inPARA_OA_008 Phase 2 Clinical Study.
it could have been the basis of an uplift but just the reverse, because what was said was "The results of these new MRI, molecular biomarker and clinical outcomes will bepresented to the Regulatory Authorities (FDA and EMA). Paradigm will seek their inputas to what additional data, from a larger controlled study (PARA_OA_003), may berequired to obtain a DMOAD label"

The obvious surprise to the market was that there was uncertainty about scope. The market response looked like so.


Months later, still no clarification on whether scope has been clarified.
Hey PR do you know the scope of your project yet? Or was it just sloppy wording you couldn't be bothered addressing?
Either way
YOU PR need to earn your fees by approaching the FDA with a firm case for a particular dosage. That gives the FDA the option to say, great idea but how about X, before you start 003!
I suggest to PAR PARtisians, write to the Board via swhite @ "par" along the lines of get your act together, and get a deal done.

i don't have enough money in my piggy bank to buy more, just saving for the next CR.
