Par has had very little bad news regarding IPPS but it seems now that no news is bad news in regards to the SP. I remember when Morgan's put 79 cents on them and PR panicked and said 79 cents would kill us. Here we are looking at sub 50 if ever we needed some positive news it's now. The company's silence is deafening
