Zenox, they outsourced that role to Plexus - told us they had 30+ nda's signed and would ask for non-binding offers from interested parties once questions had been answered. I wonder where they are in that process. Earth calling board of directors!
If you had some offers in hand then make it public "We are pleased to announce we have received #X of offers that we are working through, we have culled the list the 2 suitable partners and will decide upon the best fit, post our 008 12month readout".
On the other hand, if you have no offers, then............
