The company guided for the two sets of data to be released by 3Q23, not shareholders.
It will be out soon no doubt, as tardy as ever. This is not a one off incident. This is a pattern of tardiness and casualness with guided timelines. Shareholders have every right to feel aggrieved.
We all have pressures on working to guidelines. Some of us get sacked if we consistently fail to meet them. All will of course be forgiven again if the results are positive and send the share price up again.
