You are not being too negative. That is the position we find ourselves in unfortunately. If a deal/deals are not done by mid next year then this could unwind pretty quick. The market knows it. The price will get to a level that will make a cr so dilutive/almost impossible. I prefer to see a deal done early also but performance rights need to get granted first don't forget.
