Your story doesn't make sense mate why would you get both your knees replaced when you were prepared to get pentosan and when it didn't work even though you didn't know if you got it or not.You go and get both your knees replaced and make out it's like baking a cake.
Then you try telling us it's going to last 25 to 30 years. Its not the knee replacement that wears out its the bone that gives way. Post something to verify that you had both your knees replaced because your story sounds like BS to me
