I ended up calculating what my percentage of equity was in the company and how I would maintain that inclusive of my entitlement, overhang and attached options to both. That way I put at risk the least amount of capital but still have the option of maintaining my percentage of equity. When the options come to expire, it should be clearer as to whether I should exercise them or buy the remaining required on market or reduce my position. I hope for all our sakes it is the former.
