The analysis is well done. Who would have thought PAR would blow your “high dilution” (including options) figure out of the water and we could potentially have another round of dilution if those options don’t perform and PR can’t pull off a deal. If that happens, I think there will be many (myself included) that will be lucky to have their initial investment returned even if the drug gets to market. Any deal and future sales would have to be mega to make significant upward moves in the share price. Let’s hope PR can pull a rabbit out of a hat and save all our souls.
