Simon is not the issue rather what you have pointed out above. No one seems to have their finger on the pulse and no contingency planning. It's 101 PM stuff.
I'd also caution all about MPS deal turning the ship around given the n involved and the fact that they are giving it away to those involved in the trial as the incentive to stay. So I'm hoping we're not all asking ourselves if it was was really worth the financial commitment (e.g. RRV, CKH etc).
