They are raping and pillaging the PAR shareholder's piggy bank to get their $800k+ pa + bonuses.
Due to their arrogance, incompetence and By the middlelack of accurate and timely news disclosure to the shareholders, the shareholders has hit the lowest price for 5 years.
I wonder if the management team are concerned or actually care.
Rennie will win either way. He'll either sell the company and take a massive golden handshake and potentially be employed by the buyer on an exorbitant wage, or maybe do a similar deal with Bene. Rennie won't lose out.... but highly likely the shareholder's wealth is doomed now.
