Not no "expected" rather "to be" ......This was stated during the Qtrly in October.

Unlikely MPS VI data (where basic Risk and Compliance would vet this before the release) the representations being made in the lead into the cap raise was NEVER going to see a regional deal out of China or MPS beforehand. We know why because Beverley confirmed as much during her slot of the AGM.
