FB, so how can I be mistaken from these words of yours - "A corporate with holdings in excess of PR's position is going to be intimately involved in the corporate side of the company".
There is no "corporate" owner of PAR, unless you are referring to Bell Potter, given their holding through recent underwriting.
No-one owns more shares than PR, or resembles his holding, outside of Allianz.
I am just working through some deduction here, but if by "corporate" you truly mean Bell Potter, as the ones "getting intimately involved" then I think you might have just blown up the internet, or at least this site!
