The figure came in at 222k and then 92k yesterday which was about 30% of the daily volume. This can't be explained by fundamental analysis available in the public domain.
The last time I couldn't understand why someone would be doing this (and it was around the 30% daily volume), we had a deeply discounted capital raise where they closed out their position.
Admittedly the numbers aren't huge but that is because there is fk all volume going through and they can't be seen doing 100% of the daily volume.
It seems like a crazy thing to be doing as your downside is unlimited. Unless you have inside information that there is bad news on the horizon.
