I read a report by a NZ lady on the merits of PPS....its been posted on here by a few over the years...this lady's report spanned heaps of pages and professed about the merits of PPS and it's potential. Even she was not able to start down te pathway of commercialisation.
Paul worked closely with Dr P Ghosh and realised there was merit. He risked his own capital at that very early stage and formed Paradigm. There was a massive leap of faith and risk on boarding, Paul knew it would take a long time.
He lobbied Bene personally and developed the relationship over time and has natured it to the point that we have it now.
Paul and co. have the biggest names in the industry on board working for us.

It was Paul and team that decided to pursue 008, the DMOAD study. It is this very study that will eventually, of course in my humble opinion, put us on the map. It is because Paul and team CHANGED GEARS MIDSTREAM and added the three step changes (reminder for those that r new to HC-PAR):
1) 6 month changed to durational 12 months 2) 1 site changed to 2 sites 3) Dosing regime changed
Hellooo Canine study? Mozz who cares about the dogs, its humans we want to treat. PR cares. he knew that this ancillary study would show 3 year duration.
People...this will be exemplarily info for the FDA when we talk about duration of effect...this day is coming...
A shallow CEO..a greedy founder wouldn't have so much skin in the game still, he wouldve sold long ago...at $4 plus...His thinking is different. Yes some will say its too slow...but I believe he very well knows our potential.
Mate, I would've been naively the happiest out of all of us if we had done a $650 million dollar (Global OA) deal back 4 years ago...before DMOAD...before all the data, the formation of Retreatment study.. before Anvisa...before TGA and the rest....but NOW? 650 million would make me spew....I would cry....some would cheer...some would party...not I. I and a handful of others know the true potential of this drug and how many Billions this will be worth one day.

Mate, I think I know PAR and Pentosan...Im a blip in the middle of the entire of Europe...what do I mean? I mean MPS program...I always wondered why PAR are doing two studies here, MPS I and VI? Isn't it overlap..*sigh* isnt it a waste of precious time and money of the shareholders? Why do this, why waste our time - just prove it in one indication?

MPS 1 was the working of iPPS in tandem with Bone Marrow Replacement therapy MPS VI was completely different, it was ERTS association.

Im not overly defending PR or PAR...but Im giving credit where it is due. Its how I see it, maybe me glasses are rose colour...but one day I think many more will appreciate the positives...
Who got a SAS program going in parallel? That's one of the biggest convictions I had...to allow me to buy more than I would normally buy and research even more. In the old days a rocket on the other side of the moon has radio silence for a while...I liken it to that...normally a P2 we hear nothing for ages....but we heard all about how the SAS patients were doing...that was rare!
USA Alumni program? Yes it didn't have the bang in terms of media that we all wouldn't wanted but isn't it going to be a HUGE stepping stone for recruitment into P3?? Forget numbers..Im talking QUALITY of data, potentially BUMPING UP the results...how?
Well compare SAS data to the American Provisional data (10 patients)...sure n was low but ALL of them got benefit... Whose idea was it to roll it out to the AFL and other sporting icons?
Yes PAR and PR have a long way to go, they do need help, Im the first one to lobby for this....its my and your company, we are obligated to help them which is helping us...not fight them.
