First order of the Risk Committee business:

- set timeframe for PR to relinquish his dual roles
- risk assess existing teams ability to coordinate +120 clinical sites for P3 including timeframes, standardisation of treatment scripting delivery to manage placebo
- mandatory vetting of ASX releases for inconsistency from risk and legal experts
- establish tracking log for key milestones and publicly stated prior committeements eg peer reviews
- review Board and Exec REM benchmarking to confirm independence of source
- Hire a Board member with actual risk and compliance experience that is capable of standing their ground and not forced to move on under false pretences
